Can I open a credit account?
For business customers, please complete the Contact – IPL Interpack Ltd where a member of our team will contact you to complete the credit account application.
Please note, credit accounts are subject to credit checks and have minimum order quantities, available only when ordering full pallets.
Can I order full pallets online?
If you have a business credit account with set pallet prices, please place your order via your designated account manager, or contact our team on sales.interpack@iplglobal.com or 01942 726 986.

I am a small business; can I get a trade discount?
You are also welcome to apply for a trade account, however your orders will be subject to minimum order quantities, i.e., pallet quantities.
What makes a product ‘food safe’?
Our food safe products are manufactured with Polypropylene (PP) plastic in a BRC accredited environment. Food safe products have been subject to extensive testing, including a ‘migration’ tests which ensures no chemicals are passed from the container to your food.
Do you use recycled material in your products?
We are proud to use 100% recycled plastic in our manufacturing process for our storage / recycling crates and food caddies, ensuring high end and sustainable products are available for purchase.
Separately, in order to ensure our food safe products remain safe for food, we are unable to use recycled material in their production process. These items are also subject to strict handling and storage processes, however, to ensure we are fulfilling our commitment to a circular economy, we use these items at end of life to recycle into non- food safe products.

What is Plastic Packaging Tax (PPT)?
On 1st April 2022, the UK Government introduced the Plastic Packaging Tax as part of their ‘Our Waste, Our Resources” environmental waste plan. This meant that any plastic product used for packaging purposes, which was at least 70% non-recycled plastic, was subject to a tax charge of £200 per metric tonne. This is automatically applied at checkout, based on the item weight, and will clearly show on the breakdown of your order.
What are your delivery times?
We aim to get your order to you in the timeliest and environmentally friendly manner, therefore we will despatch your order from our UK warehouse within 2 working days of receiving your order on a 3-5 day service for standard deliveries.
If you require a next day delivery service, please call the office on 01942 726 986 where we can manually process your order and take payment by telephone. We can also email a proforma invoice with bank details for customers who prefer to bank transfer. Please note, all payments will need to have cleared by 1pm for same day despatch, and next day deliveries are subject to a delivery surcharge which will be confirmed at time of order, depending on your location. Can I purchase the lids and pots separately?
